GENERAL RULES
- Abstracts should only be sent via e-mail. When sending an e-mail, write the relevant part of your paper in the Subject field: For example; “Nursing”, “Midwifery”, “Child Development” etc. (see areas of congress).
- Abstracts sent by postal service, fax etc. will not be taken into consideration.
- Abstract should be prepared according to the “Writing Rules” stated below.
- English abstracts must be added to Turkish abstracts.
- ORCID numbers of all authors must be included in abstracts and full texts.
- The Scientific Committee has the right to accept or reject the abstract, depending on its nature and compliance with the rules.
- Evaluation results of the abstracts will be automatically sent to the e-mail address specified during the registration process.
- The abstracts accepted and presented as oral/ e-poster will be published in the Congress Abstract Book
- You can contact the congress secretariat for detailed information and assistance requests regarding abstract submission.
Spelling /Writing Rules
- Abstracts can be written as research, review, and case report.
- The title of the abstract, the author name- surname (without indicating title) and the institution names the first letters should be written in capital.
- The abstract (excluding title, authors and institution names) should not exceed 250 words in total.
- Abstracts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format. The writing area of the page should be arranged with a margin of 2.5 cm from the left, right, top and bottom.
- The font should be set as “Times New Roman” and the font size should be set as”12 points. Abstract should be written left and right (justified) with single line spacing.
- Abstracts must be structured as follows: Structured Abstract; Introduction and aims, method, findings, conclusion and suggestions, keywords.
- If abbreviation is used in the abstract, abbreviation should be used as full name in the first place and then used as abbreviated.
- At the end of the abstract, at least 3, at most 5 keywords are included. Turkish key words should be the appropriate “Turkey Science Terms

Full Text Paper Writing Rules
- Abstracts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format. The writing area of the page should be arranged with a margin of 2.5 cm from the left, right, top and bottom.
- Abstract must not exceed 10 manuscript pages, including references and tables.
- The font should be set as “Times New Roman” and the font size should be set as”12 points. Abstract should be written left and right (justified) with single line spacing.
- Research paper should contain the following sections in the following order: Introduction, aims, method, findings, results, discussion conclusion and suggestions, references. Review articles should contain the following sections in the following order: abstract, headings related to the subject matter and references.
- First order chapter titles should be used capital letters and bold, in the second order subheading titles, only the first letters in each word should be used capital letters and bold.
- All tables and figures must be numbered consecutively.
- At the end of the article, references should be made according to APA style.
Abstracts are submitted online as “ORAL” or “E-POSTER”
Presentation Format
The presentation of the papers will be made as an oral presentation or as an e-poster, depending on the way they are accepted.
Accepted Poster Presentations: It will be published as an e-Poster. You can send an e-mail to iehsc2023@avrasya.edu.tr by saving the name of your file as your poster number. Posters should be prepared as a single file in the form of 70*90 vertical format.
